A MAX favorite! Healthy Shepherd’s Pie that’s satisfying, nutritious, and family-approved. 💪🏼
Directions

• Cut cauliflower into small pieces. Set 1 cup aside in a large bowl. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper and toss to coat. Place on cookie sheet along with garlic cloves and bake on 375* for about 10 minutes.
• While cauliflower is cooking, heat avocado oil in a very large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms, and onion; sauté about 8 to 10 minutes.
• In a different skillet, crumble turkey to brown. Add parsley, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until turkey is no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes. When turkey is almost done, add vegetables to meat!
• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
• After cauliflower and garlic is cooked, place in a bowl and beat with mixer. Make sure cauliflower is not wet. Add milk and blend. Add salt, pepper and brewer’s yeast. You want a mashed potato consistency.
• Spread cauliflower mixture over the meat mixture.
• Bake in the preheated oven until the cauliflower topping has a golden hue, 30 to 35 minutes.

RESULTS! Surprising our 10 Week Challenge finalist, Megan Peterman! 🎉
