Is your high school junior or senior feeling stressed or unsure about what comes after graduation? Whether they’re considering college, a gap year, trade programs, or entering the workforce, they don’t have to navigate this transition alone.

Exceptional Wellness Counseling is enrolling for a new 8-week therapy group called “Finding Your Footing: Life After High School.” This in-person group is designed to help teens build confidence, manage stress and uncertainty, clarify their strengths and values, and navigate expectations as they prepare for their next chapter.

Group Details:
