Introducing Dr. Anna Begelfer, DSc., MS., IFNCP, DHWCC

Dr. Anna Begelfer is a clinical scientist with a strong background in global clinical trials, specializing in oncology, immunology, and rheumatology across all phases (I–IV). With over a decade of experience in clinical research, Anna has worked extensively on novel therapeutic approaches aimed at improving patient outcomes and advancing the global health system.

She earned her Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University, double majoring in Biotechnology and Biochemistry. Anna continued her education at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ-RWJ), studying Clinical Sciences, and later completed her doctoral studies in Health Sciences and Global Health at Nova Southeastern University. During her academic career, she interned at the Cancer Institute of New Jersey, and for her doctoral thesis she developed an integrative clinical protocol to support oncology patients during and post treatments.

Anna has long held a deep interest in functional and integrative medicine. She is a Duke University Certified Health and Wellness Coach (DHWCC). She further specialized her training through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy, earning her certification as an IFNCP.
Now transitioning into the field of Integrative and Functional Health, Anna is offering Biogiggle – Integrative and Functional Health Services. She focuses on chronic disease management, immunological disorders, hormonal imbalances, grief, postpartum depression, and weight management. She is especially passionate about using evidence-based, root-cause approaches that address the physical, emotional, and mental dimensions of health.
Anna has developed a unique grief-support health program during her coaching journey. Her methods combine lifestyle modifications, nutritional support, natural supplementation, and mind-body therapies. Her goal is to empower individuals to take control of their health and achieve meaningful and lasting transformation.

Hello everyone! As some of you know, I’m transitioning into the Integrative and Functional Healthcare field and I have recently completed my integrative health coaching certification at Duke University.
I’m offering my Biogiggle - Integrative Health services as an introductory package via virtual appointments (functional services will be offered in few months).
I specialize in chronic disease, postpartum depression, grief, and weight management. However, I can support other health conditions as well.
The health coaching model can be transformative for individuals who seek to take control of their health and reach their health goals in 2024!

P.S- I’m unable to offer the integrative health coaching to people I know personally, due to ethical limitations. However, I’ll be happy to support my friends with the functional health services once available.
