Sometimes the best move is simple submental liposuction. We perform the procedure in the office. It’s fast and painless with a quick recovery. As you can see, this patient was a great candidate. Alternatively, when someone has more “global” fullness of the neck, an open procedure performed through a single incision under the chin is the best move. We call this “deep space neck contouring.” That procedure is performed in an operating room but recovery is somewhat quick.

These are candid pics taken at home from a lovely patient who has been such a gem to take care of. She is just a few weeks out from a deep plane mini-lift with temple lift. We did not open her neck! I think her look appears perfectly natural and restored at the midface, jawline, neck, and temples. She’s a sweet woman and I’m very happy for her. Grateful for her trust.

Congratulations to our superstar, Brianna Boles, for arriving one step closer to securing her Doctorate in Nursing Practice. She just graduated from the Rutgers Program and soon after her Boards will become Brianna Boles, DNP, RN. After much sacrifice and many study hours along the way, our practice (and the clinical world in general) are lucky to have her. Keep being you, Bri – proud of you!

Blepharoplasty = surgical eyelid sculpting. We begin almost every day with an upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty, or both. It’s our most requested surgical procedure and we love to do them. We perform all variations of sophisticated technique including use of the best-of-the-best CO2 laser to accompany the surgery.

This photo shows how a quality lower blepharoplasty creates a more “refreshed” look, while supporting (not distorting) the lower eyelid margin. This patient’s eyelid anatomy is MORE supported and not less supported from our procedure, and of course she appears more rested.
