How can I tighten my chest and lose my “Man Boobs”
“Man Boobs”! Makes every man cringe when they think that, or worse, see that in the mirror! Talk about starting the day off on a bad note!
You are not alone. I live in a beach community. Most guys over the age of 30 are sitting under a beach umbrella, with their shirts on. “Sun is too strong, or water is too cold, so I’ll sit here and watch my kids play, check out the girls walking by, or read my book. I wish I had a harder body and the confidence to just take my shirt off!” Truth be told, I was that guy. My daughter was born when I was 35, I was working 2 jobs, had stopped working out completely, and weighted 280+ pounds when she was born. I was disgusted with myself. 2 years later, I was 177 pounds and less than 10% body fat. What I did to get there is exactly what I’ll share with you here today.
