Shore Points Physical Therapy focuses on hands-on manual therapy to treat a wide spectrum of orthopedic conditions and musculoskeletal pain, as well as amputations and neurological conditions, including but not limited to stroke and Parkinson's rehabilitation. We offer individualized, one-on-one treatment to our patients. Our clinicians work closely with our Medical and Dental colleagues throughout the Shore community, as well as the larger Tri-State area, to ensure that our clients receive the best in multidisciplinary care. In addition, many of our complex treatment approaches have been developed in collaboration with licensed physicians. Shore Points Physical Therapy helps our patients recover quickly and resume a better quality of life.
