Led by a New Jersey native with over 15 years of professional massage therapy experience. Services include the therapeutic infrared treatment with Biomat®, an FDA approved medical device for pain relief & improved circulation, infrared sauna, hot stone massage, and aromatherapy. Our studio is located in Manasquan Professional Building and offers free parking in a private lot. Less than 5 miles from Manasquan Beach, Sea Grit, Brielle, Point Pleasant, Spring Lake, Allenwood.

Memorial Day Weekend at the Jersey Shore is always the unofficial kickoff to summer !

Our beaches start filling up, restaurants get busy, and all of our shore towns come to life!

Before we celebrate, i want to take a moment to recognize what this weekend is really about, honoring the men and women who gave their lives serving our country.

We’re incredibly lucky to be able to gather together freely because of their sacrifice.

For anyone who doesn’t know me, I’m Amy, owner of MANA Massage & Wellness located on Main Street in the heart of downtown manasquan.

We’re a boutique wellness spa focused on helping our clients relax, recharge, heal, and feel their best!
We offer a wide range of services from massage therapy, infrared sauna, cold plunge, sports recovery services and body sculpting Lymphatic drainage.

We’re so proud to be part of this community, and really thankful to the Chamber for bringing everyone together today.

There’s a reason I work in a dark quiet room while my customers go to sleep 😴 😂 💆‍♀️

We will be hitting the road for a bar/restaurant tour to do a ribbon cutting 🎀 and kick off at each participating location

If you want to participate in bar crawl $60 includes food at all locations, networking, fun and one drink ticket at each location.
