Have you felt really stressed? Is it tough managing your time? Maybe you knew you had a million things to do but felt paralyzed and couldn't get started. Maybe you've felt overstimulated by everyday life and felt yourself getting agitated easily. If this sounds familiar to you, join us in a group supporting neurodivergent women. This group will offer a safe and supportive space to connect with other people who may feel similarly to you and provide effective skills to help manage day-to-day life.

What does neurodivergent mean? It is a term describing people whose brains function differently than what is considered "typical". It is a different way of thinking, processing and experiencing the world.
