Creating the ultimate levels of health and well being mean caring for the body physically, emotionally, and spiritually. PHYSICAL: Nutrition counseling. Begin making permanent change in your levels of energy, weight management, and overall feelings of wellness. Coaching and support can be in person or long distance via phone or computer. SPIRITUAL: Reiki sessions, Enery healing,, chakra balancing and Therapeutic Touch with essential oils. Healing can take place at many different levels. Sessions can be offered in person and long distance. MENTAL/EMOTIONAL:Explore different ways to shift and rebalance your life through Life transformation and Health coaching. One on one sessions in person and long distance are offered

Group Classes offered in meditation with Reiki, healing and balancing chakras, sound healing with solfagio frequencies and pendulum readings. Also Level I and Ii Reiki certification.
