From early mobility to controlled strength work and isometrics, this Point Boro athlete has attacked recovery with focus and fire. Each phase has been about more than just the knee — it’s about rebuilding trust, control, and confidence step by step.

Physical therapy laid the foundation. Strength and performance work build the structure.
Now we’re bridging the gap — from rehab to return to sport.
