Congratulations Cindy!
Cindy Rodriguez demonstrates compassion, teamwork, and dedication through her impressive growth at MHRC. She started as a CNA, was promoted to Staffing Coordinator within a year, and then became Director of Environmental Services the following year.
While transitioning into her leadership role, Cindy continued helping the Nursing team with scheduling while managing her new responsibilities. Even with staffing shortages and challenges, she remained positive, professional, and focused on solutions. Her willingness to support others and lead by example makes her a valuable asset to our organization.
