The school year is in session now around NOVA. If you or your student (age 13 and up) needs someone to talk to, we are here to help. Whether you just need an unbiased space to talk or are struggling with something in your life, we offer in person sessions in our Manassas office or virtual sessions as well. We accept most insurances including Anthem, BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, United, Cigna, Tricare, and Sentara Health Plan. Give us a call or email us and we would be happy to get you set up for an intake.

School is right around the corner, and with a new school year comes new stress. Why not come in and have your own private space to talk to someone, and work on the things in your life that give you stress. Offering in person and telehealth sessions, we take self pay and the following insurances: Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, Tricare, BlueCross BlueShield, and United. Alaina was originally a silent partner and co-owner of the practice, but as of February has been taking on new clients. With almost 20 years of experience in the field she brings a lot to the table.
