LI-4 He Gu (Joining Valley) is one of the most commonly used points in Acupuncture Clinic because of its many benefits and actions. This point can be easily located by gathering your thumb and index finger closely together and finding the highest spot of the muscle between the thumb and the index finger. Apply pressure or massage the point to obtain the benefits (Acupressure).
**Contraindicated during pregnancy!

There are many more benefits. Just to name a few:

-Cold & Flu, Sinus issues
-Pain (body, facial, neck, acute, menstrual, toothache, etc.)
-Swelling and pain of the eye
