The Yoga Connection retired as a studio in 2015. Corporate classes, a Friday morning women's class and 2 women's retreats a yearare now offered by Marsha McClellan, the owner.

Only 14 more shopping days until Christmas. Don't forget to give yourself the gift of some self time. It's ok to take a few minutes to regroup and take a deep breath. Finding a few quiet minutes for yourself is very important. Deep breathing costs nothing and is helpful for peace of mind.

For the months of July and August our Friday morning yoga class will be held at Bedrock Yoga on Main Street in Manassas. Elizabeth has been gracious in letting me rent her space for the 2 months our room at Manassas Ballet is having summer dance camp. Our first class at Bedrock will be July 7.

Thank you all for your condolences. My father and my 4 legged fur baby are resting in peace - both within a few days of each other. I do believe my dad is finally with my mother and Landon is once again playing with Tramp.
