This Memorial Day, we remember our brothers and sisters.

The boots in this photo represent our best—brave souls who gave everything in service to our country. Each boot tells a story of courage, sacrifice, and love.

Memorial Day isn’t about a long weekend. It’s about honoring the fallen, remembering their names, and standing beside the families who carry their legacy forward.

Today, we pause to reflect on the cost of freedom and the lives given so we can live ours in peace. We will never forget.

A recent Physical Therapy Journal study, now featured in major media outlets like The Washington Post, highlights a game-changing discovery: earlier physical therapy after a mild concussion significantly improves recovery. 🙌

Patients who began PT about five weeks earlier than others reported less dizziness, faster symptom improvement, and better balance control.
