Congratulations to new user Paul and his family on completing his ibot® PMD training! Paul mentioned one surprising benefit of Balance Mode:

In a typical power wheelchair, even a trip to the mailbox can be a struggle in snowy conditions. The ibot® PMD helps wheelchair users get back to routine by making a quick trip through the snow easy!
