With calming voices and grounded energy, Julie P Yoga and Colleen Kuhse-Portzline have designed The Unwind to guide you out of the busyness of the day and into a calm presence.
Through slow, mindful movement and breath work, you’ll ease tension from the body and quiet the mind. A guided meditation will help cultivate inner stillness, followed by Yoga Nidra — known as “yogic sleep” — to bring you into profound relaxation and renewal.
This practice supports stress relief, emotional balance, and deep rest for the body and mind.
