What do humanistic psychologist Carl Rogers and beloved TV personality Fred Rogers have in common? The commonalities lie in their life’s work, both emphasizing viewing others through a lens of inherent self value. Carl Rogers called this viewpoint “unconditional positive regard”, and it was often modeled in Fred Rogers television interaction through a theme sentiment of recognizing self-worth often sharing closing comments phrased towards accepting others just the way they are.

At Family Counseling Center we also believe in practicing “unconditional positive regard”. We believe healing happens when you’re met with compassion, not judgment. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can offer is what both Rogers knew all along, which is unconditional human caring.

At Family Counseling Center (FCC), our mission is simple: to provide effective and affordable Christian counseling for anyone in need.

We know that many people hesitate to seek help, whether due to stigma, uncertainty, or the fear that care is too expensive. That’s why we’re committed to removing those barriers.

While we do not accept insurance in order to remain faithful to our Biblical beliefs and values, we offer a Sliding Fee Scale. This means that the cost of your sessions is based on your household income, the number of dependents, and your financial situation. Regardless of your circumstances, we will work with you to ensure you receive the care you deserve.

God gives each of us spiritual gifts to serve Him and others. At FCC, we utilize these gifts to accompany you on your journey toward healing, growth, and hope.

Call us today at 931-723-0380 to schedule an appointment, or visit our website at www.victory4families.org to learn more about the services we offer and meet our excellent staff. Money should not be an obstacle to you receiving the care you need.
