We’re excited to bring something new this March 💚
Our very own frequency healing practitioner, Lisa, will be offering 30 minute, beginner-friendly introductions to meditation classes and we want your help choosing the best time!

These sessions are all about gently deconstructing what we think meditation “should” be. It’s not staring at a wall for an hour, and it’s not meant to be hard or boring either. Our goal is to help you fall into a peaceful, meditative state within seconds, showing you that meditation can feel natural and not forced.
