If you don’t feel safe coming to your appointment give us a call. We will gladly get you rescheduled.

As of right now we will be open on Monday. HOWEVER, that could change this weekend once the weather moves in.
If you do not feel comfortable coming to your appointment due to road conditions and we are open please call and RESCHEDULE. There will not be any fees for weather related reschedules.

It’s January, that means insurance changes and new deductibles. Understand your insurance. If you need help or have questions feel free to call the office or our billing department.

COPAY - the portion you are responsible for when you arrive at the office. We accept cash, checks, debit cards, credit cards or HSA cards.

DEDUCTIBLE - the portion you are responsible for before your insurance starts to pay. Insurance will not pay your doctor anything until you have paid this entire amount (unless it is your 100% covered annual physical). May be asked for up front or will come in a bill.

PREMIUM - the amount you pay monthly to have insurance. This is a separate fee from copays and deductibles.
