HAPPY VALENTINES DAY.
Through different approaches, yoga attempts to remove blockages that prevent us from understanding ourselves more deeply, and relating to others from a more authentic place. Heart-opening asanas can also depend on the circulation of energy to remain stimulated and in balance. Recharging the physical, energetic shield expands our emotional capacities- contributes to us opening up better to others, ourselves, to feel compassion, empathy, love and gratitude.
Often we subconsciously hunching forward, crossing arms across chest, and lowering our gaze.
I welcome you to invite love into your life by opening your heart. To increase your love-attracting energy, repeat the words “I am worthy of love” breathing deeply and evenly as you maintain pose.
