This man is proof that we do recover.
After residing at Saint Christophers for 10 months, Adam has now moved into his own apartment and we could not be happier for him. We wish him nothing but the best on his journey.

Today he celebrates his 1 year in recovery! Please help us congratulate him 🎉

My name is Adam.

“I came to Saint Christopher’s Sober Living from a place of darkness and addiction, feeling lost and hopeless. Years and years I spent cycling through attempts at sobriety with the same sad story, get just enough sobriety under my belt, but no real changes which inevitably always brought me back out to using drugs and alcohol. My journey through this program has been nothing short of transformative. Saint Christopher’s didn’t just offer me a place to stay; it provided me with the support and life lessons I desperately needed to rebuild my life.
From the moment I arrived, I was met with understanding and compassion. The structured environment and supportive community played a crucial role in helping me find tolerance and acceptance, both for myself and others. This process was essential in my recovery, as it allowed me to face my challenges head-on and learn from them.
The camaraderie and sense of belonging I found here made a significant difference in my journey. It was reassuring to be surrounded by people who truly understand the challenges of recovery and who are committed to supporting each other.
Saint Christopher’s has given me more than just a path to sobriety; it has given me hope, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.
