Meet our Spanish-speaking pharmacy staff member, Claudia!
Claudia is a bilingual patient advocate at Marcrom's Pharmacy with more than 25 years of experience in medical translation and healthcare support. Originally from California, she is fluent in both English and Spanish and has dedicated her career to helping patients better understand their diagnoses and medication regimens. Claudia is passionate about breaking down language and knowledge barriers, ensuring that Spanish-speaking and underserved patients feel welcomed, informed, and confident in their care.
At Marcrom’s Pharmacy, Claudia supports the Spanish-speaking community with compassion, efficiency, and a strong commitment to equity in care. She works closely with patients to explain the purpose of their medications and improve overall health literacy. Claudia is available Mondays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Tuesdays through Fridays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Outside of work, she enjoys community outreach, spending time with her husband and children, attending church, cooking, and relaxing with her family and three dogs.
