                                            Working through your trauma, attachment styles, labels, etc….this is not easy work, it’s necessary work!
Sitting around, getting mad at the world around you is a sure sign that you haven’t started your healing journey. 
Stay out of other peoples business, and start checking in on yourself and your triggers. People can’t make you mad if you understand your own healing journey.
