Thank you to everyone who joined us for our interactive hospice education session at Edgewood Convalescent Home and Lincolnwood Assisted Living! It was a fantastic opportunity to engage with the community and debunk some of the common myths surrounding hospice care. We believe that education is key to understanding the compassionate support that hospice provides to patients and their families during challenging times.

A special highlight of the session was our beloved Animal Assisted Support dog, Midge! 🐾 ❤️ Her gentle presence brought joy and comfort to everyone in attendance, demonstrating the powerful bond between animals and humans in healing environments.

We appreciate all the participants who contributed to this important conversation and made it such a memorable event. Let’s continue to spread awareness about hospice care and its benefits!

Manchester's first Day of Remembrance was a heartwarming success. We have so much gratitude for the families that have chosen Care Initiatives Hospice to assist in the care of their loved ones. Your trust means everything to us. 💖 We appreciate everyone that attended the ceremony as we spent time remembering those we have lost. It was a touching event filled with beautiful prayer, uplifting music, heartfelt poems, fun bubbles, and shared stories that celebrated the lives of those who have touched our hearts. Together, we honored their memories and found comfort in our shared experiences. Thank you for being part of this meaningful day. ❤️
