Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, day shift. Option to do (4) 10 hour shifts or (5) 8 hour shifts per week. Every 4th weekend and holiday, on call one day per week.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s degree preferred
- Three (3) or more years of basic maintenance experience preferred
- Building automation experience preferred
- Valid Iowa driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
- Hazmat
- Electrical or electronic knowledge, HVAC knowledge or construction knowledge preferred
- Ability to use and operate hand tools, construction and yard equipment
