Spreading some HOPE ☀️🌸 for our chilly Tri-State lives - There's only 5 Saturdays left until the first day of spring on March 20th, and yes, we’re already counting.

If you need motivation, here’s what we’re working toward: by April 20 in NYC, average highs are around 63–65°F, lows hover near 48–50°F, and the sun doesn’t set until about 7:40 PM. Longer days, lighter jackets, outdoor plans actually making sense again.

Winter has had us in a chokehold, but the countdown is real. Warmer temps, later sunsets, and outside season are closer than they feel. Hang in there, spring is loading ☀️😎 iHeartRadio

Hi, I am Jess Gurney and this is my page. Welcome and thank you for being a part of the Nourish MBS community.

The mission of this page is to provide you with information, ideas and events that will provide your mind, body and soul with the nourishment it needs to live better, grow and be of good health.

Through this page you will receive information about overall health and wellness, Reiki, healing with crystals, nutrition, fitness and self care tips and tricks. I will provide this via fun, daily motivational quotes, fact based articles, recommended books to read, suggested events to attend and through my Reiki and Crystal Healing sessions offered in Manchester, NH. Lastly and probably most importantly, you will have a community of people who are looking for nourishment JUST LIKE YOU AND ME that you can share with, talk to and gain valuable insight from.
