Hey! Remember that cleanse you started doing at the beginning of the year? We’re still here and haven’t forgotten about it.
Now that you’ve created an exit strategy for your intestinal build up, the next steps are cleansing out your liver. Behold, the wonderful, antioxidant filled, ultra tart Cranberry! You’ll want to buy a bottle of pure, not from concentrate Cranberry Juice.
Cranberries have tons of benefits. For instance, they help break down harmful bacteria that collects in the kidneys, causing UTIs. Their acid content helps fight fat build up in the liver and as if that wasn’t enough, the glutathione and polyphenols further remove toxins, reduce stress AND inflammation in the body.
So how do we do this? For starters, it’s super easy. Just take your favorite 32 oz bottle. Fill it up with 4 oz of pure cranberry juice. Squeeze 1/2 a lemon in there and fill the rest with water.
