Today, Mental Health Awareness Month starts, and MHCGM has a big goal.
Beyond sharing resources, ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ help is needed to change the way mental health is viewed. Stigma sticks because it is allowed to โ€” when it is talked about, we shatter it.
Remember: It is okay not to feel okay. Work together to make sure ๐˜ฆ๐˜ท๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜บ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฆ knows it is safe to speak up and reach out. ๐Ÿค
Help spread awareness this (and every month).
