As a 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘉𝘦𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩 𝘊𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳, MHCGM meets the highest Federal and State standards of delivering integrated, comprehensive, and coordinated care that strengthens continuity and collaboration. This past year, MHCGM has partnered with 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟰𝟬 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 community organizations to ensure accessible and high-quality behavioral health services are provided, ranging from youth enrichment to crisis response, Zero Su***de Initiatives, and more. These partnerships help connect patients with other resources they may need, such as childcare, food, transportation, integrated health services (VA, ProHealth, Hospitals), and many other crucial services.

MHCGM's Annual Celebration last night was amazing! Thank you to all who attended, donated, and sponsored the event and contributed to our success. Our Fund the Need for the soon to be launched MHCGM Perinatal Support Program raised $16,105.00 (including a 5k and 1k match)!

At MHCGM, evidence-based practices (EBPs) are not just an enhancement to care- they are essential to how we deliver services. As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), the use of EBPs is both required and fundamental to achieving certification through NH's Department of Health and Human Services.
MHCGM currently has a total of 22 evidence-based practices throughout the agency, each tailored to meet the unique needs of the people we serve. The impact of having EBPs in the CCBHC model is:
𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 - create a standardized, high-quality approach between diverse programs
𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 - there are built-in tools and outcome measures ensuring progress is and effectiveness are tracked to meet expectations
𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - EBPs support coordination across medical, behavioral, and social services, aligning with the CCBHC vision of whole person care
𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 - by requiring EBPs, CCBHCs expand access to high-quality care to everyone within our community
