You’ve seen that NH Rapid Response number 833-710-6477 on our posts, but do you know what makes this program so powerful?

A goal included in Certified Community Behavioral Health Centers is to provide Crisis Services. MHCGM is an access point for NH Rapid Response, which means:

When someone faces a mental health crisis, every moment matters. That’s why MHCGM's Rapid Response Team, comprised of master 's-level clinicians and certified Peer Specialists, responds 𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙮𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 throughout the Greater Manchester area. 🚗

The Rapid Response Team meets people where they are. The goal is to manage each crisis in the least restrictive setting, keeping individuals out of emergency rooms whenever possible to provide the best care. 🫱🏽‍🫲🏽

Clinicians and Peers don’t work alone - Mobile Crisis Team partners with CIT-certified officers from Manchester PD who co-respond 7 evenings per week, with schools, and other community providers. Real support happens when the community works together.🚨

Here’s an important piece: Clinicians don’t just show up for the crisis and disappear. MHCGM provides up to 30 days of crisis stabilization services, connecting people to long-term supports and resources to help build lasting wellness. 💚

MHCGM is searching for a Homeless Outreach Peer Support Specialist who will be providing recovery-oriented support to individuals in the community living with severe and persistent mental illnesses.
𝘘𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴
✅Must be certified as a Peer Specialist or Recovery Coach. Must be eligible for CRSW and Intentional Peer Support certificates.
✅Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile with liability insurance in the amount required by agency policy.
𝘒𝘦𝘺 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴:
⭐Work with a multi-disciplinary team including clinicians, psychiatrists, case managers, and more to support patients in achieving treatment goals and objectives
⭐Applying stages of change and motivational interviewing skills to meet individuals wherever they are in their recovery journey

Did you know that MHCGM is partnered with the Hillsborough County courts? Through our Community Connections Program (CCP), people who are struggling with mental illness and are justice-involved have an option other than being incarcerated, where they would receive 𝗻𝗼 services. Mental health 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 criminal, and CCP exists to help people who need more well rounded care than is available within the prison system.
