Gradual Retirement Announcement

Dear Patients and Friends,

After 40 fulfilling years of dedicated service to chiropractic care. I am announcing my gradual transition into retirement. This decision comes with mixed emotions as I reflect on the incredible journey and the countless relationships I have built over four decades.

Gradual Transition
Over the next year, I will be taking a graduated step back from my practice. Starting April 1, 2025, I will be seeing patients on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only. This gradual transition will allow me to continue providing care while also beginning to explore the next chapter of my life.

Farewell to a Colleague
As I transition, I also want to announce the departure of my esteemed colleague, Paul Dodds, who is leaving us after 23 years of dedicated service. Paul has been an integral part of our team, as massage therapist, chiropractic assistant, personal trainer and friend. His contributions have been invaluable. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors. Paul’s last day at Manchester Chiropractic & Sports Injuries, PLLC will be Monday, March 31, 2025. If you would like continue your massage care with him after that date in Somersworth NH we are happy to give you his new number.

Heartfelt Gratitude
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all my patients, colleagues and employees. Linda Baron will stay on with Sherri and I until we transition into full retirement. Your trust and support have been the foundation of my career, and I am sincerely thankful for the opportunity to serve you. It has been a true privilege to be part of your health and wellness journey.

As I look forward to the future, I am excited about the possibilities and grateful for the past. While I do not have a firm retirement date yet, I thank you for allowing me to be a part of your life until that final day comes. Until then, effective April 1, 2025 our treatment hours will be:
M - 7:30 - 12:00 / 1:00 - 4:00 pm
T - 7:30 - 12:00 / 1:00 - 5:00 pm
W - 7:30 - 12:00 / 1:00 - 3:00 pm

Our treament office hours have changed:

Monday 7:30 a.m - 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Friday closed
Saturday closed
Sunday closed

Lunch break daily from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT:

Holly Hewitt joined the MCSI family as our Front Desk Associate - Patient Care Coordinator.

We have been blessed not only by her technical expertise in the healthcare industry, but also by her kind and warm experience working with patients.

If you have not come in to meet her yet, you should!

We are accepting new patients. As always, if you are an existing patient, we recommend regular check-ups with Dr. Reinfurt to help keep you aligned - not just when you are in pain.

Dear Valued Patients:

We have been here for you to help with your chiropractic needs during this time of quarantine.

We are excited now to bring back therapeutic / rehabilitative Massage! Starting on Monday May 11, 2020 Paul will be back on the schedule. We will be following strict guidelines for sanitization to ensure the safety of you, our staff and other patients.

Under normal circumstances, we would encourage you to come in if you are not feeling well since massage is so good for the body, however, in the current environment, we must ask that if you are not feeling well, that you wait to schedule that appointment.

Dear Valued Patients:

We understand that Pain does not go away because there is a pandemic. In fact, chiropractic treatment will help your body to run better which is needed in the current environment our world is in. We are choosing to remain open to help you as an essential part of your healthcare routine. .

That said, we will not be scheduling elective treatments during this time: Massage, Aromatouch, Wellness Visits, Personal Training Classes or Individual Sessions. Additionally all in person educational classes will be moved online.

We have updated our IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OUR PATIENTS

We want you to know that we are taking every precaution to sanitize our clinic for the safety of everyone that enters.

Dr. Reinfurt and his staff sanitize the equipment and tables after each patient and the desk, counter, chairs, handrails and door that you may come in contact with are also being cleaned and sanitized several times a day. In addition, we are diffusing an anti-bacterial essential oil in each of the treatment areas.

You will find hand sanitizer sprays throughout the clinic you are welcome to use while here.

We have spread out our scheduling so we do not have more than 10 people, including staff members in our clinic at the same time -

If you think that you may have been exposed or come in contact with anyone that may have been exposed to the Coronavirus PLEASE make us aware BEFORE you are treated so additional measures may be taken. Simply call our office ahead of time so we can protect everyone involved - including you.

Additionally, during this time we ask:
1) Please let the front desk know you are here as we have removed our electronic check in station
2) We will spritz your hands with a sanitizing spray then ask that you kindly take a seat in the waiting room.
3) We have moved several chairs out to keep patients distant from one another. Please do not rearrange the seats.
4) While we normally would welcome guests, please have anyone that is not being treated wait in your vehicle.
5) We have moved away from requiring signatures on your credit card slip in an effort to avoid the use of pens.

Our priority is to the health of our patients and staff and believe being pro-active is key. Thank you for your understanding. As always, please call the office with any questions.
