Confirmation Reminder - Prior to your reservation you will receive a request for confirmation via phone/email/SMS. We require that you confirm your appointment 48 business hours in advance. If we do not receive a confirmation 48 business hours in advance, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you will need to call our office to reschedule. Changes to your reservation - If you need to make a change to your reservation, we require 48 business hours prior to your scheduled reservation for changes/cancellations. Unfortunately we are unable to process changes/cancellations outside of our business hours, as our afterhours phone service is for dental emergencies only. You will need to call our office during normal business hours for us to process the changes to your reservation. Appointment changes/cancellations will not be honored during emergency hours. Cancellations/No-Show – If you do not provide us with 48 business hours for your cancellation, or fail to show up to your confirmed scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $50 cancellation/no-show fee.
