Our Vendor Committee meets this Thursday to discuss all vendor applications that we have received to date. If you'd like to vend at CTCW this year, please get us your vendor applications. It looks like we will sell out of weekend spaces once again.

**Update 4/23**
We estimate that we have the following quantity of spaces remaining:
2-4 tables in the Ballroom for Weekend (Fri-Sun or Sat-Sun) vendors
4 Vendor Village rooms (for those who want to vend out of their hotel rooms adjacent to the ballroom/classrooms/promenade)
1 merch/practitioner spaces for Saturday only day vendors
5 reader only spaces for Saturday
We are considering adding more merch spaces for Saturday.
5 merch/practitioner spaces for Sunday only day vendors
5 reader only spaces for Sunday

Our Programming Committee has been hard at work designing this year's conference programming. We will be announcing our 1st round of classes soon. Class acceptance letters will also be heading out to speakers. We hope you can join us in November.

Exciting things are happening at CTCW! Thanks to one of our amazing volunteers, we are in the process of setting up our Discord account. Also, thanks to our Board, we will be relaunching our podcast and updating our YouTube channel within the next few months. We have a great team of passionate volunteers who are very enthusiastic to relaunch our channel with a new direction.

We are in the process of reviewing Class Proposals from Speakers, and our Programming Committee will meet again this Thursday (4/2) to discuss and approve the next round of classes. We are actively seeking intermediate to advanced level classes for our CTCW conference 11/20-11/22/26.
