Due to an influx of attendance interest after the Sacred Space Conference, CTCW has extended our earlybird pricing for attendees and vendors through 4/7/25. Sign up through 4/7 and conference passes are still only $150 per person. On 4/8, our prices revert to the full price of $200. Full conference passes include all programming including our opening reception on Friday evening and our After Ritual Social on Saturday night.
We do have a plethora of volunteer opportunities to make attendance more affordable for those who still need some additional financial support. Visit our website to grab your tickets, https://ctcw.net

HELP WANTED - AUTHORS' TABLE

Our CTCW Conference Planning Committee is seeking a few volunteers who can help us plan and staff our Authors' Table at this year's conference. If you are interested in any of the below, please message us for details for our Zoom planning meeting Thurs 1/23 at 8pm.

Author Liaison/Table Manager: This person must be someone who has attended CTCW events before. The staff must know and trust this person to handle book sales and management of that income. This person will work with other members of the CTCW Planning Committee to design and implement this year's Authors' Table experience. Person will be responsible for respectful and professional interaction between CTCW, our headliners, honored guests, speakers, and other authors who choose to have books displayed and sold at the Authors' Table. This person will be responsible to attend planning meetings when we are discussing and designing the Authors' Table experience. This person will report to the Conference Chairpeople.

Authors' Table Volunteers: These people will be responsible for taking shifts to staff the Authors' Table throughout the conference. Volunteers must have references, as they will be handling money from book sales and responsible for inventory. Other responsibilities will include assisting authors with tasks related to their book-signings. Volunteers will report to the Author Table Manager/Liaison.

Author Table Manager and Author Table Volunteers have the opportunity to earn free conference admission based on the number of volunteer hours worked. We fully expect that the manager position will have no problem earning free admission. Volunteer discounts are based on shifts and time commitment.
