Our Unwind instructors Julie P Yoga + Colleen Kuhse-Portzline are gentle guides with calming voices and grounded energy, they'll lead you through a soothing journey that invites restoration, clarity, and calm.

You will feel supported every step (and breath) of the way.

Through slow, mindful movement and breath work, you’ll ease tension from the body and quiet the mind. A guided meditation will help cultivate inner stillness, followed by Yoga Nidra — known as “yogic sleep” — to bring you into profound relaxation and renewal.

This practice supports stress relief, emotional balance, and deep rest for the body and mind.
