We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to share an important update about the Landmark of Kentucky nursing homes. As of today, January 1, 2025, ownership has officially transitioned to a new company. Any questions regarding this change can be directed to the onsite staff.

We understand that changes like this can raise questions and concerns, especially when it comes to the care of your loved ones. Please be assured that while the ownership may change, our commitment to providing high-quality care remains steadfast. The leadership within the nursing home has been retained so this means that the familiar faces you and your loved ones have come to know and trust will continue to be there, ensuring a seamless transition and continuity of care.

Our team has worked closely with staff to maintain the standard of care and enhance the quality of life for all of the residents throughout the transition.

We sincerely appreciate your support and trust over the years. Your confidence in us has been invaluable.

🎄 Christmas 2024 🎄

The Landmark of Laurel Creek Choir made their debut performance at our family holiday dinner. Residents also enjoyed working on Christmas Crafts and some time with their families during this season. A big thank you to Santa for stopping by to spread some Holiday Cheer! 🎅

Our residents dressed to impress yesterday for a magical Winter Formal at Landmark of Laurel Creek!

With a little primping and pampering, they stepped into the spotlight looking absolutely stunning. The evening was filled with music, delicious food, and plenty of laughter—a true celebration of the beautiful community we’re so lucky to have.

We’ve always known how amazing our residents are, but seeing them shine like this was truly something special. What a night to remember!

We recently celebrated at Landmark of Laurel Creek. We decided to try a variety of pickled items. Residents taste tested pickled okra, onions, green tomatoes, banana pepper, and of course good old dills. The pickled green tomatoes were the hit of the day and the recipe belonged to the mother of our own Josephine!

Today, Landmark honors the brave men and women who have served our country and defended our freedoms. We are especially grateful and want to thank any of our team members or residents who are Veterans. Your commitment, sacrifice, and dedication continue to inspire us every day.

Residents spent time painting some beautiful pumpkins to display outside for all our Trick-or-Treaters to see last week. They did an amazing job with their creations!

We would like to give a very big thank you to those that donated the pumpkins and the vast amounts of candy to our facility for our residents to pass out on Halloween night. We have such a generous community, and we are so very thankful for everything you do. 💙

Recently, Landmark of Laurel Creek residents celebrated , by indulging in snacks from Mexico! We taste tested several delicious treats and they were all a huge hit! The overall favorite was a coconut strawberry cookie and mandarin orange soda. Residents are looking forward to trying other international treats soon! 🍬
