While raking leaves is great exercise, it can also be tough on your back, shoulders, and neck if you're not careful. Here are a few quick tips to rake without the ache:

✔ Warm up before heading outside
✔ Switch sides often to avoid overuse
✔ Bend at your knees, not your waist
✔ Take breaks (your back will thank you!)
