Meadows tenants enjoyed a unique and exciting opportunity to learn about the latest drone technology in modern agriculture. Addison Popham, Lead Drone Sales Representative, delivered an engaging presentation. 👩‍🌾🌾Our former farmers were seriously impressed by the drone capabilities of covering 65+ acres per hour and spraying y at 10.5 gal/min.🌱🧑‍🌾

We are devastated to share the sudden passing of Jason Neverman, a dedicated member of our Environmental Services team for nearly nine years.

Jason touched our lives every day—through a crazy joke, a spirited debate, or his one‑of‑a‑kind sense of humor. He never shied away from the least desirable tasks, completing them without complaint. No matter the weather or the conditions, Jason showed up with dedication and heart, always willing to do whatever it took to make others’ jobs easier.

Jason will be deeply missed. His contributions, presence, and memory will never be forgotten. Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of working alongside him.

🚨 Safety & Preparedness in Action! 🚨
On April 1st, members of our Safety Committee attended the 2026 Quad Cities Regional Disaster Conference in Bettendorf. They gained valuable insight on important topics such as Legionnaires’ disease, active shooter response, cybersecurity, and other key areas of public safety and preparedness.

We are so grateful to Cade, Chris, and Derik for soaking up all of this information and bringing it back to help strengthen and enhance safety across our campus. Thank you for your dedication and commitment to keeping our community safe! 👏👏👏
