Clara Joyce Seal, age 86 departed this life on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 in Corbin, Kentucky. She was born on Saturday, May 13, 1939 in Manchester, Kentucky to George and Blanche (Brumley) Roberts. She was a member of the Pentecostal Faith and a homemaker.

She leaves to mourn her passing her daughter: Trish Mabe and her husband Jeff of Corbin, her grandson: Scott Morgan, her granddaughter: Casey Mabe and her great granddaughter: Oakleigh. Also surviving are her brothers: George Roberts and Larry Roberts.

She is preceded in death by her parents: George and Blanche Roberts, her son: Tony Seal and her brothers and sisters: Glenn Roberts, Don Roberts, Carl Roberts, Lloyd Roberts, Jimmy Roberts, Faye Dezarn, Verna Lee Smith, Sue Brumley, Twila Mae Gregory, Wayne Roberts, Estill Roberts and Beve Roberts.

Funeral Services for Clara Joyce Seal will be conducted on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Rick Holt will be presiding. Burial will follow in the Roberts Cemetery in the Curry Branch Community.

Kathleen Helen Wiley, age 85 passed away on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at her home. She was born on Sunday, June 30, 1940 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Leroy and Mary Vrana Wiley. She was a homemaker and a horse trainer.

She leaves to mourn her passing her lifetime companion Howard Spencer, her son: Steven Butler, her grandchildren and her sisters: Barbara Brier and Christine Ingerick and husband Leon.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Leroy and Mary Vrana Wiley, her son: Danny Butler and her brother James Wiley.

Graveside services for Kathleen Helen Wiley will be conducted on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at 1 PM at the Greer Cemetery in the Robinson Creek Community. Bro. William Hugh Hudson will be presiding. Burial will follow in the Greer Cemetery in the Robinson Creek Community.

Catherine Hollin, age 85 passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on Tuesday, April 23, 1940 in Manchester to Theophilus Toulmin and Nannie Mae (White) Stivers. She was a retired school teacher and worked at the Hacker Elementary School for many years as well as a member of the Greenbriar Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years: Ralph Hollin, also surviving are her sons: Jamie Hollin and wife Bethany and Forest Marshall Hollin, her grandchildren: Matthew Hollin and wife Emily, Madison Hollin and Aubrey Hollin and her great granddaughter: Lainey Blair Hollin as well as a host of other family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Theophilus Toulmin and Nannie Mae Stivers and her brothers: William Letcher Stivers, Forest Nevel Stivers and Charles M. Stivers.

She leaves to mourn her passing her children: Anna Rose Chapman and husband Danny and Hobert Baker, Jr and wife Crystal; these grandchildren: Brock Hayes, Emily Hicks and husband John, Tanner Hayes and wife Caitlyn, Ethan Baker, Lauren Hayes and Milana Hayes. Pearl Allen Sizemore, age 42 passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born on Saturday, June 11, 1983 in Manchester, Kentucky to Charles Allen and Rhonda Marie (Stanley) Sizemore.

He leaves to mourn his passing his fiancé: Loretta Helton, his children: Allen Sizemore, Jasmine Sizemore, Shyann Sizemore, John Sizemore, Thomas Sizemore and Preston Lambert. These brothers and sisters: Larry Sizemore and wife Rachel, Gary Sizemore and wife Gina, Charlie Sizemore, Jessica Sizemore, and Chasity Sizemore and his father: Charles Sizemore and wife Barbara Jo as well as a host of other family and friends.

Willis McQueen, age 76 departed this life on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at the St. Joseph Hospital in London, KY. He was born on Saturday, September 18, 1948 in Manchester, Kentucky to Henry and Rosie (Reid) McQueen . He retired from natural gas company and he was a farmer. He loved going to the races and watch Jacob race. He loved spending time with his family and he loved his ballgames and westerns.

He leaves to mourn his passing his children: Craig McQueen and fiancée Amanda and her children: Hailey, Logan and Rylan; Cary Nantz and her husband Mark; his grandson: Jacob Hunter Allen and wife Lexie; and great grandchildren: Raceton Allen and Maebry Allen; his cousin: Donnie McQueen. Also surviving are two brothers: Stanley McQueen and Jim McQueen.

Larry Dale Frye was born June 22nd, 1943, in Spencer, Indiana. Frye was survived by his better-half Mary Lee Stets, children Larry R (Lesa R) Frye of East Bernstadt Ky, Shani Geno of Foxboro, Mass, Marc (Jodi) Stets of Enfield, Ct, Caryn (Jim) Gilliam of Tarpon Springs, Fl, and Lesley (Ben) Aryee of Suffield Ct. His 11 grandchildren who he deeply loved; C**t (Misty) Frye, Chad (Harley), Justin Geno, Addison Geno, Thomas Schmidt, Josh Schmidt, Jack Stets, Rachel Stets, Graeson Ayree, Paulyn Aryee, and Marielle Ayree. As well as his 6 great grandchildren; Malachi Frye, Mackenzie Frye, Sarah Frye, Raylen Frye, and Austin Frye. Larry loved his furkids Puppup and Sassy.

He is preceded in death by his parents Ova O & Desda Jane Frye, and 3 of his siblings, Gary, Archie, and Phyllis, his daughter Sabra Hood, as well as his furkids Babycakes, Sissy and Cupcup. He graduated high school in Spencer, Indiana, where he went on to become a diesel mechanic by trade for over forty years. After retiring from Ready Mix concrete, Larry went on to buy, selling, and trading almost everything. He was known for his bacon bits and porkrinds that he made and sold at Flea Land flea market in London, Ky.

Larry and his son Larry Ryan would buy, restore, and sell vehicles together. Larry also enjoyed sitting in his recliner drinking an ice-cold Pepsi and watching Westerns. He had a very strong love for family. He was also very fond of carrying on an argument with anyone he could find to argue with. Larry also enjoyed sharing a love for stylish glasses with his hairdresser Andrias Turrisi. They would love to see who had a better style. Larry also enjoyed spending time with special friends David Graveen, Don and Janet Punty.

Later in life, Larry was able to reconnect with his high school sweetheart, Mary Lee Stets. He was able to spend the last five years of his life with her. They traveled together and enjoyed making so many memories. To know Larry was to love Larry, even when he was a grouch-ass. He will forever be cherished and missed.

Larry said it was time to say goodbye on June 5, 2025, being 81 years old.

Eva Rose Watts, age 77, departed this life on Friday, May 30, 2025 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born on Thursday, December 18, 1947 in Manchester, Kentucky to Bill and Clara (Mason) Rogers. She was a retired CPA and a member of Thrive Church in Lexington, Kentucky.

She leaves to mourn her passing her nieces: Chrystal Rogers, Shelia Lewis and nephew: Benny Rogers, Jr. and several great nieces and nephews. Also surviving is one sister: Lucille Depew.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Bill and Clara Rogers; her husband: Marion Watts, Jr. and two brothers: Benny Rogers, Sr. and Billy “Larry” Rogers.

Jacque Lou Gibson Brown passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by loved ones on May 29, 2025 in London, KY.

Jacque was born to Joe R. Gibson and Lillie Jones Gibson on May 12, 1940 in Clay County, KY. She was united in marriage to Ray Charles Brown on October 31, 1964.

Jacque was a homemaker and a member of the Freedom Baptist Church. She enjoyed sitting on her porch with family and friends. Her pride and joy were her granddaughter Sarah and grandson Waylon Tate.

She leaves to mourn her passing: one son, Danny Joe and wife Malinda Brown, one granddaughter, Sarah Elisabeth Rae Brown Smith and husband Isaiah, one great grandson, Waylon Tate Smith. These brothers and sisters: one brother, Gilbert Gibson and wife Joanne, five sisters: her twin sister, Bonnie Sue Hensley and husband Marion, Opal Howard and husband W. C., Eva Belle Jones and husband Stanford, Pat Florene Carroll and husband Doug, Dora Brumley; two sisters-in-law: Mattie Brown and Georgie Gibson, one brother-in-law: Ronnie Brown and wife Wilma; a special friend, Janiece Gregory and a host of nieces and nephews.

Eddie Smith, age 77 went to his heavenly home on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at his home. He was born on Sunday, July 27, 1947 in London, Kentucky to Charles and Reva (Edwards) Smith. He was a retired coal miner and a member of the Horse Creek Holiness Church for 40 years.

He leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife of over 59 years: Lucille (Webb) Smith, his children: Thomas Herman Smith and his wife: Melissa Engel of Ohio and Teketta Stevens and her husband: Justin of Georgetown, Kentucky. Also surviving are his grandsons: Nathaniel Smith and his wife Megan, Tytus Whitehead and Tucker Whitehead.
