Larry White, age 85 passed away on Monday, December 15, 2025 at the Baptist Health in Corbin, Ky. He was born Tuesday, June 18, 1940 in Manchester, KY to Toleman and Helen (Bundy) White. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was a member of New Home Baptist Church.
He leaves to mourn his passing his wife since 1958, Nancy (Jones) White and three children: Perry White, Roy Glenn White, Sr. and William White; his grandchildren: Jennifer Storm, Brooke White and Emily White; his great grandchildren: Ivy Browning , Briar-Rose Black and Ally. Also surviving are two sisters: Mary Betty Calhoun and Carol Dobson.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Toleman and Helen White; his daughter-in-law: Mickey White; his grandson: Roy Glenn White, Jr. and his sister: Parlee Parman.
Funeral Services for Larry White will be conducted on Friday, December 19, 2025 at 1:00 P. M. at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. William “Mann” Cobb will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Blevins Cemetery in the Woollum Community.

Carlo Burns, age 91 passed away on Friday, December 12, 2025 at the St. Joseph Hospital in London, KY. He was born Monday, January 29, 1934 in Clay County, KY to Luther and Laura (Roberts) Burns. He was a member of Mill Street Church of Christ.
He leaves to mourn his passing his wife: Catherine (Caldwell) Burns and his children: Charlotte Brewer and husband Ted, Carla Treadway and husband Scott, Sheila Hurd and husband Billy, Lisa Hamilton and husband Todd and Thresa Willoughby and husband Brent, 14 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. Also surviving is one sister: Alma Maxie.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Luther and Laura Burns ; these brothers and sisters: Eunice Burns, Leslie Burns, Edna Smith, Audrey Pajor, Matilda Woods, George Burns, Clay Burns, Astor Burns , Maxie Burns, and Ruth Cope.
Funeral Services for Carlo Burns will be conducted on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 1:00 P. M. at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Ted Brewer, Billy Hurd , Todd Hamilton and Brent Willoughby will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.

Doug Abner, age 78 passed away on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at his home. He was born Monday, November 17, 1947 in Manchester, to Squire Bill and Beuna (Brumley) Abner. He is a retired minister and belonged to the Community Church.
He leaves to mourn his passing his wife: Linda (Brown) Abner and his daughter: Jennifer Cooney and husband Paul; his grandchildren: Luke Cooney and wife Lynnette, Drew Cooney and wife Robin and Cade Cooney and Cassidy West; two great grandchildren: Alyss and Claire.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Squire Bill and Beuna Abner.
Funeral Services for Doug Abner will be conducted on Friday evening, December 12, 2025 at 7:00 P. M. at the City of Hope Church. Rev. Rick Curry and Rev. Monroe Roberts will be officiating. Burial will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 12:00 P. M. at the Manchester Memorial Gardens.

Lonnie Smith, age 60 passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at the UK Bluegrass Hospice in Lexington, KY. He was born Tuesday, January 26, 1965 in Clay County, to Orbin and Lena (Smith) Smith. He was a supervisor at Hardee’s and SuperAmerica and worked with the cable company. He was a member of Big Creek Holiness Church.

He leaves to mourn his passing is his wife: Renee (Ruth) Smith and one son: Joshua Smith and wife Amber; his grandchildren: Noah Smith, Makayla Philpot and Alexis Philpot. Also surviving are these brothers and sister: Raleigh Smith, Donald Smith and wife Ella, Ronnie Smith and wife Jackie, and Elaine Henson and husband Wayne.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Orbin and Lena Smith; his brother: H. E Smith and two sisters: Imogene Smith and Connie Smith.

Lannie Sizemore, age 56 passed away on December 3, 2025. He was born on Monday, January 27, 1969 in Manchester, Ky to Elzie Sizemore and Imagene (Byrd) Smith. He was a mechanic and handyman.

He leaves to mourn his passing is his fiancée: Henrietta House; his stepfather: James Smith; his furry companion: Sissy; these children: Imojean Larae Sizemore (Devin), Lannie Rochelle “Punkin” Runion (Jeremy), Chasity Shyann Sizemore, Makyla Shyanna Nicole Sizemore; these grandchildren: Jaylyn, Presley, Jon-Logan, Shayla, Caroline, Elaina Jane, Maeleigh, Kouvr and granddogs: Guss and Jeffrey. Also surviving are these brothers and sisters: Charles Edward Sizemore, Paula Smith, Sally Rose Sizemore, Sarah Christine Sizemore, Nancy McQueen, Jerry Leon Sizemore, Dusty Gilbert Sizemore, Elzie Sizemore, Jr. and Eddie Sizemore.

He is preceded in death by his mother: Imagene Byrd Smith and his father: Elzie Sizemore; his sister: Miranda Sizemore and his brother: Douglas Sizemore.

Charlene Baker was born on April 8, 1929, to the union of Leonard and Luerenia (Woods) Rice, who preceded her in death. She married George Baker, who preceded her in death. She passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2025 at the AdventHealth Manchester.

She is survived by one daughter: Debbie Burns (Debra Lynn) and husband Ronald Wayne and three grandchildren: Jarrett Addison Burns, Rachel Noel Burns and Nathan Alexander Burns. All of who she loved dearly.

She is also survived by a niece, Rebecca Rice of Lexington, and a nephew, David Rice of Frankfort. Also, a great nephew, Jason Harris and three children of Manchester. A great niece, Kelly Harris and husband, Louis of Frankfort and their two children.

She was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for 45 years. She worked at the Clay County Health Department and Cumberland Valley District Health Department until she retired.

She leaves a host of relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Funeral services for Charlene Baker will be Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 1:00 P. M. at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. John Boley and Bro. Eugene Hensley will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Macedonia Cemetery in the Burning Springs Community.

Linda Faye Bays Harris, age 73, departed this life on November 26, 2025, 7:30pm at AdventHealth in Manchester, Kentucky. Linda was born on Friday, February 8, 1952 in Harlan, Kentucky to Hardin Henry Bays and Mary Ellen Wilson Bays.

Linda was first and foremost a devoted Christian woman. She loved the Lord with her whole heart and loved all people just like Jesus wanted us to show love. Linda had a way of making everyone in her presence feel loved, of importance and like they were her favorite person in the world.

She held many jobs in her lifetime to take care of and raise her three children. The job title she held dearest was Mother, Grandmother, Wife, and Homemaker. Linda loved to be with family. She loved to cook for people. She loved going to church. The hardest part of her becoming bedridden was not being able to go to church.

Linda was a member of Calvary Pentecostal with pastor Buford Ho**er and wife Glenda. Linda believed in the Holiness standard and lived it to the fullest, unwavering to the left or the right.

She leaves to mourn her passing her husband of 32 years Estill Harris who devoted his life and was honored to be her caretaker during her extended sickness.

The following children: -Mary Mechelle Johnson and husband Johnny, -Angela Jackson and husband George,
-Jerry Jason Hoskins and wife Sherry, her grandchildren: -Courtney Lindessa Johnson, -Joshua Adams Collins, and -Colton Jace Hoskins, and her great grandchildren: -Emily Collins and -Noah Collins. She leaves surviving one brother Kenny Frederick Bays and Lovella. She leaves a lifelong friend, Katherine Henson whom she loved so dearly. She leaves a host of nieces and nephews, friends, and family too many to name.

She is proceeded in death by her parents Mary Ellen Wilson Bays and Hardin Henry Bays.
Her brothers: Hardin Bays, Jr., James “Bill” Bays, Joel Bays, and Jerry Bays. Her sisters: Sharon Kay Bays Roark, and Bonnie Bays Marcum.

Funeral services for Linda will be Monday, December 1, 2025, at 1:00 P. M., with Bobby Stevens with the sharing of the obituary, and words from the heart, the message from her pastor, Buford Ho**er, and words from the hearts of Jonathan Marcum, Todd Hicks, and John Whitehead. Burial will follow in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.

The immediate family gather at 5:00pm and others will be received on Sunday evening at 6:00pm at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.

Elbert “Shorty” Langdon, age 85 passed away on Monday, November 3, 2025 at his home. He was born on Monday, June 17, 1940 in Manchester, KY to Roy E. and Marie (Marcum) Langdon. He was a businessman and an owner of Manchester Automotive N.A.P.A. and a member of Zion Baptist Church.

He is survived by his children: Todd Langdon and Wanda, and Tara McIntosh and Scot, and these grandchildren: Chelsea McQueen and Austin, Madison Langdon and Corey Langdon, Beckett McIntosh and Brooks McIntosh and one great granddaughter: Hadleigh McQueen.

She leaves to mourn her passing her daughter: Karen Ann Henson and two siblings: Danny Reid and wife Deborah, Shirley Robinson and husband Lester.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Elbert and Ora Reid; her husband: Raleigh Henson; brothers: Leamon Reid, Eddie Reid and these sisters: Romona Allison, Wilma Stillings, Faye Downey, Brenda Jarvis and Phyllis Kaye Reid.

Eston Eldridge, age 83 passed away on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at the Advent Health Manchester. He was born on Sunday, January 11, 1942 in Laurel County, Kentucky to Chester and Ruth (Williams) Eldridge. He was a business man, worked in construction and was a member of Horse Creek Baptist Church.

He is survived by his son: Kevin Eldridge; his grandchildren: Bobby Eston Rutledge, Ashley Rutledge, Reagan Moore and Adam, and Shayley Roberts; his great grandchildren: Harper Jones, Colson, and Madilyn. Also surviving is his brother: Donnie Eldridge and wife Emma and sister-in-law: Ora Eldridge.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Chester and Ruth Eldridge; his wife: Sherry J. Eldridge; one daughter: Teresa Rutledge and one brother: Bobby Eldridge.

A Memorial Service for Eston Eldridge will be conducted on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 1:00 P. M. at the Robinson Creek Baptist Church in London, Kentucky.
