October has been such a full and beautiful month for our team. 💜

From vendor markets and community events with our business partners, to celebrating the end of the Hartford Athletic season, to staff training on new specialty services — we’ve been busy learning, connecting, and growing together.

We’ve also spent time supporting each other in school practice sessions, refining our craft, and continuing to share what we love most: helping our clients feel better in their bodies. (Of course none of those things get photographed!) 😁

If you’ve met her, you already know—Bronwyn brings passion to everything she does. Before becoming a massage therapist, she spent more than 20 years as a violinist and violin instructor, where she developed a deep understanding of posture, precision, and the art of listening with her hands.

That same sensitivity now shines through in her work as a therapist. She blends strength and awareness from her Martial Arts practice with the mindfulness of regular meditation, helping her maintain the physical and spiritual balance she brings to every session.

Join us for our Wine & Spirit Fire Ceremony — 6:00–7:30pm at the East Granby office, led by Chris, our resident Shaman and co-owner of Little Bird Wellness.

We’ll sit together around our indoor fire, explore the traditions of Shamanic healing, and move through a guided meditative journey. Afterwards, we’ll share conversation and a glass of wine (thanks to our friends at Brignole Vineyards).
