Location: Concord, Manchester, Pembroke, Nashua & Surrounding Areas

Ofemz Home Healthcare Agency is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. This is a per visit position, providing quality care to clients in the comfort of their homes across Concord, Manchester, Pembroke, Nashua, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes
• Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans
• Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the care team
• Educate patients and families on health care management

Requirements:
• Current RN license in the state of New Hampshire
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience (home health experience preferred)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered care approach

As an Office Assistant at Ofemz Home Healthcare Agency, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and providing support to our staff and clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders as necessary.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
