Should be same size, same liquid volume. Definitely NOT the same.
(One is a short…. At least i can add hot water and rectify that)

Finished off the A&P class with Samadhi Yoga Studio’s 200-hr YTT today!!!! These students were so great… involved, inquisitive, engaged, and interested! Can’t ask for much more as an instructor 😁

Deep appreciation to Sushma & Amy for including me in the training and to Maria for her support at the studio. Onwards to February and the assisting workshop!!!!!

My trip to Amsterdam was quite interesting…. They let me sit in the pilot’s seat AND touch all the buttons!!!!
And there were Northern Lights overnight.
And there were feet in frigid water outside Amsterdam.
But today was about paying respects and getting to put context to story. Hannie Schaft has captured my heart, as a Resistance fighter in the Netherlands during WW2… and i had a local friend-of-a-friend take me around.

I’ll send a confirmation a day before your appointment. If you have concerns, please respond ASAP & let me know so we can make a plan.

I generally do not ‘close’ for weather, but do consolidate appointments if i can when folks start to cancel/reschedule.

I understand that not everyone is comfortable driving in weather and i want to ensure everyone feels safe getting to and from their appointments!
