A child’s heart rate can change throughout the day—whether they’re sleeping, playing, crying, or feeling excited. Regularly checking your child’s heart rate can help ensure it stays within a healthy range.

Typical Heart Rates by Age:
👶 Newborns (0–1 month): 70–190 bpm
🍼 Infants (1–12 months): 80–180 bpm
🚼 Toddlers (1–3 years): 90–150 bpm
🎨 Preschoolers (3–5 years): 80–140 bpm
🎒 School-aged children (5–12 years): 70–120 bpm

If your child’s heart rate consistently falls outside these ranges or you have concerns, we’re here to help.
