🧠 Today is National Concussion Awareness Day — a vital reminder to protect your brain health 💡💪.

📊 Each year in the United States, an estimated 1.1 to 1.9 million sports-related concussions occur among children under 18. Despite these high numbers, many young athletes still don’t report their symptoms to a coach, athletic trainer, or healthcare provider.

✅ Recognizing and reporting a concussion early is essential for a safe and successful return to school 📚, sports 🏃‍♂️, and daily life. No game is worth putting your brain at risk.

📌 Take the time to learn the signs and symptoms of a concussion — and understand the steps to recover safely.

ℹ️ For more information on concussion awareness and returning to sports safely, talk to your Safe Sports Network Athletic Trainer or call us at 603-627-9728 ☎️.
