Hi Friends- during the throes of Covid, Big Brother Big Sister of New Hampshire was a critical force in many kids lives. All of of sudden, kids were alone, isolated and often without the supportive families to help them cope. Our Bigs not only remained constant through Zoom, emails, phone calls and letters but also acted as important eyes and ears.

Please support us now as we enter the winter. The pandemic has burdened our population in New Hampshire with unemployment, loss of housing and increased addiction problems. Our wait list has gotten longer, especially for boys.
Consider giving to this campaign which ends as we move towards Thanksgiving. Show your thanks for all that you have by giving to those who have less.

In hard times, Big Brothers Big Sisters mentors are there for New Hampshire's youth, offering friendship and guidance. In good times, they celebrate and inspire. Today, about 500 Granite State kids have a Big Sister or Big Brother, but there are thousands more who need one. We provide our serv...

Kids needs mentors now more than ever!

Sometimes the word Pilates can strike terror in people's hearts. Maybe you've taken a fast class in a gym and your neck ached and mind raced. Or maybe you've seen photos of perfect bodies doing seemingly impossible things. At The Studio Within, I use my background in dance, Pilates and biosomatics as well as my professional experience in physical therapy to tailor sessions. I specialize in people with neurological challenges, old injuries and chronic pain. I also specialize in dancers and trained athletes.
