Benefits of Getting Fresh Air

Okay, my friend. Time to lace up those sneakers!👟

This week we’re going to talk about the importance of moving your body! Winter is behind us so no more excuses - it’s time to get outside & get moving!☀️

Scientific studies have shown that just 15 minutes of fresh air & exercise will:

• Increase your energy
• Improve your mood
• Maintain a healthy weight (we all want that!)
• Improve heart health
• Reduce stress (we need this!)
• Clear your mind
• Help you sleep better

Other studies show that getting outside & doing some form of exercise can even boost your creativity!🎨

So go ahead and dust off those sneakers & get outside.

You can start your morning with a brisk walk or maybe try some intermittent jogging – walk for 5 minutes, jog for 1 minute, and repeat.

Don’t like jogging? You can w**d a flower bed, ride a bike, play fetch with your dog, anything will work. Just get moving!

This will improve your health by leaps and bounds!👍
