Pastoral Counseling Services Pastoral Counseling Services, Inc. (PCS) is an independent, non-profit, non-denominational counseling and consulting center. Our motto - Feel Heard.

maintains 'an ancient tradition of caring; a modern approach to healing.' Since 1979, we have been proud to be of service to our community. Our staff includes pastoral counselors, psychologists, clinical social workers, mental health counselors, marriage and family therapists, and substance abuse professionals. Each of our staff members is licensed by the State of New Hampshire in their specific specialty areas and the organization is accredited by the Samaritan Institute of Denver, CO. Founded in 1979, PCS maintains a strong commitment to its mission to address the mental and emotional needs of the local community with compassion, acceptance and understanding. Feel Cared For. Last Thursday evening PCS held our 29th annual Good Samaritan Award celebration, and honored a tremendous class, which includes Kristen Kraunelis, Calley Milne, Karen Ross, and the staff of Healthcare for the Homeless (HCH). These amazing individuals have given so much to our community and it is a tremendous honor to support and encourage their hard work and generosity.

PCS will hold its Good Samaritan Awards celebration on Thursday, Oct. 9th, 2025 at the Derryfield Country Club in Manchester. This inspirational event honors kind, generous, and compassionate individuals who go “above and beyond the call of duty” in providing care and support that improves the quality of life for people in NH.
