Established in 2013, Pellé Medical Spa is Manchester’s leading medical spa. We offer state-of-the-art light-based (photo facials) treatments for hair removal, skin resurfacing, scar reduction, correction of hyperpigmentation, and removal of age spots. We also provide aesthetic treatments, such as microneedling with PRP.
Pellé also offer the best in facials including the Hydrafacial. HydraFacial helps create a personalized approach for each patient by cleansing, exfoliating, extracting and infusing the skin with serums and ingredients tailored to the patient’s skin needs.
The spa also offers beauty solutions using injectables (such as Botox and Dysport) and dermal fillers (Bellafill, Restylane and Juvéderm). These services are all performed by highly qualified medical professionals who have years of experience.

Meet The Pellé Medical Spa Team
Lindsay Andronaco, APRN, Medical Director
Lindsay Andronaco (APRN, Medical Director, MSN, RN, AGACNP-BC, CWCN, WOC, DAPDCA, FACCWS) graduated from the University of Vermont with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing and eventually went on to complete her Nurse Practitioner degree in Adult and Gerontology Medicine. While receiving her master’s degree, she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for her academic excellence at the graduate level.
Lindsay has a vast medical background and has specialized in skin care, surgery, and wounds/trauma. She previously was the Director of Nursing at Lowell General in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts and Wound/Ostomy/Continence Manager at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center. She’s a national award winner of the Dorland award in the category of skin and wound care. She was also recognized in Case In Point Magazine as being one of the “Top People in Healthcare.” They noted her for her “passionate leadership and an overall holistic approach to medicine.”
She has previously completed training in Botox and Fillers plus has years of experience in surgery and skin/wound care. She’s trained in injectables with Rob Lucas PA-C out of Darrien CT, who is a plastic surgery physicians assistant who practices by-coastal and specializes in injectable cosmetics. He has more than 30 years in the industry. His other office is in California where he assists Dr. Ordon, from the show “The Doctor’s.”
Lindsay also trained with Dr. Lisa Vuich, a nationally recognized injector, a member of numerous aesthetic organizations, and an instructor for the American Cosmetic Cellular Medicine Association. Lindsay has also spent time training in Dr. Michelle Sasmor’s office. Dr. Michelle Sasmor is a board certified plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.
Cheryl Boyarsky, Practice Manager
Cheryl Boyarsky joined Pellé Medical Spa with over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing in various industries. Her number one focus is on client satisfaction and the absolute best service in the medical spa business. Having worked in London, Manhattan, and New Hampshire and specializing in client services, she has made a wonderful addition to our team with her diverse career history.
In addition to her strong background on the business side, she is also a certified yoga instructor and an official member of the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Cheryl is a healthy lifestyle advocate and after having lived in major worldwide cities, brings with her the knowledge of a luxury medical spa experience. A mother of triplets and a health and wellness guru, Cheryl is constantly busy (but manages to find time to relax somewhere in between!)
Sophia Mortellaro, Esthetics Manager
Sophia Mortellaro has recently graduated from Catherine Hinds Institute and is extremely passionate about designing skin care treatments that fit the needs of each individual client. Sophia herself struggled with acne as a teenager and has finally gotten it under control after being part of the Pellé team this past year. She is extremely excited to pass on the knowledge she has gained from her education as well as her personal experience.
Namita Patel, Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Namita Patel has been in the beauty industry for three years and prides herself on the study she has put into expert skin analysis. This has allowed her to develop excellent skin care and maintenance routines for her clientele. One of her other strengths is make-up application for all occasions for all skin types and occasions. Namita’s area of expertise include facial threading, microdermabrasion, chemical resurfacing, peels, lymphatic drainage, ultrasonic machines, eyelash extensions, sunless tanning, wax removal and LED light therapy devices. She treats each client with exceptional care at every visit.
Jennifer, Licensed Medical Aesthetician
After a ten-year career in the beauty and marketing industry Jennifer Angel decided to take her career to a new level. She enrolled at the Laird Institute of Spa Therapy where she graduated with honors and a letter of recommendation. Jennifer is fluent in both English and Spanish, which has proven helpful when working with our diverse clientele. Jennifer is trained and certified in CoolSculpting, BBL Sciton, HydraFacial, Dermasound Elite treatments, and chemical peels. She is passionate about helping her clients tailor their skin care needs to achieve a look and feel of confidence. Jennifer wants you to love your selfies!

Heather
Heather came to Pellé with a combined 20 years experience in emergency medicine services and phlebotomy. She spent those years handling emergency medical situations throughout the Manchester/Nashua area and says although they were extremely challenging, they were equally rewarding.
Heather joined Pellé three years ago and now assists our Medical Director and advanced injector, Lindsay Andronaco ,with patient care. Her warmth, kindness and experience helps put our patients at ease. They just love her!
Jewlianna Ruggiero, Front Desk Concierge/Aesthetic Instructor
Jewlianna, our head front desk concierge, is the face of Pellé Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. – She has over 20 years of experience in customer service, management and scheduling. And she has spent 10 of those years in the Spa industry. Her meticulous attention to the perfect detail permeates through-out our beautiful spa.
What our clients love about Jewlianna is her unbelievably sweet and calm demeanor. She exudes kindness and calm all while demonstrating an uncanny ability to multitask. Mostly they appreciate her knowledge of the industry and ability to answer their questions. Jewlianna has been an aesthetic instructor for the state of NH since 2007.
She truly cares about each and every client and staff member here at Pellé. Her ability to speak four different languages fluently has come in handy many times for our clients who do not speak English.
Jewlianna is the first impression you will have of Pellé. We would not want it any other way!
Amy Starns, Front Desk Concierge
Amy is the newest member of the Pellé Team. She is a licensed Massage Therapist and has been in the spa business since 2000. She also has several years of experience as an administrative assistant in the medical profession. This made her the ideal addition to our busy front desk.
Amy recently settled back in NH with her husband two young children. We are thrilled to have her on our team!
Rebecca Morin
Rebecca has been a stylist for 11 years. She specializes in balayage and creative colors. She also has a passion for creative formal styles. Rebecca believes strongly in continuing education and stays up to date on the latest trends by attending classes and specialty training.
Leslie Wood
Leslie is an outstanding stylist with over 19 years experience. She believes in ongoing education so she can keep up with the latest trends. This allows her to design and implement a style customized to her clients constant and ever changing needs.
Deb Powell
Deb has been a massage therapist for 6 years. Her passion is to listen to clients needs and tailor each session to meet those needs. She specializes in Deep Tissue-Myofascial-Pregnancy and Hot Stone Massage. Deb is looking forward to helping you relieve any added stress to your mind and your body.
