Change of Art New Hampshire offers small creative and expressive arts groups in the community for people of all ages. Groups are held in the community at your school, place of work, agency, faith community, birthday party or gathering. Art can be a way to relax, manage stress, build skills, learn new ways to cope or express emotions, develop relationships or friendships. Groups can be developed as

a onetime adventure or for multiple weeks. Groups are facilitated by counselors with varying degrees in training in the fields of education and counseling.

Everyday SoulCollage® Introductory Workshop

10 am – 2 pm

Location: 66 Hanover Street Suite 200

Who should attend: Any adult 18+ (will welcome teens 16+ with adult companion) interested in self exploration through the SoulCollage® process.

Participants will learn:

· Foundations of SoulCollage® as developed by Seena B. Frost

· Like individualized Tarot cards and Affirmation cards

· Includes four different “suits” to represent four aspects of the client’s life including an over-arching deck for spirituality

· A personal creative process towards holistic wellness including spiritual wellness.

· To create cards for your personal deck of cards

· Ways to interact with and use the cards for personal reflection, journaling and meditation

· Spend time making cards to take home!

Cost: $50 per person

Includes light refreshments and basic SoulCollage® beginner kit.

Happy April everyone! Our first SoulCollage workshop of the year was a terrific time last Saturday. Thanks to our hosting partner BH Counseling and Wellness in Chelmsford MA for allowing us to use their beautiful and convenient space! We will be partnering with them again soon. Watch for announcements for SoulCollage in the greater Manchester area.
