🗨️ Q: Can Live Free initiate or continue Vivitrol, Suboxone, or Sublocade treatment?

📌 A: “Yes! We cannot always start injectable medications when clients are in detox given insurance and time constraints, but we do our best to support clients in achieving their desired management of their substance use. If we are unable to start an injectable medication for a client, we ensure they have oral/sublingual treatment available and work with case management to find a provider in the community that can offer these services following discharge.”

🗨️ Q: Can clients continue treatment for diabetes, hypertension, or other chronic conditions while in our program?

📌 A: “Yes! We continue home medications to manage medical comorbidities while addressing the substance use. If clients have lost their medications, been unable to follow up with their primary care or have been unable to get routine medications filled, we work with the client, pharmacies, and their providers in the community (if applicable) to ensure these medications are continued or resumed when appropriate. In some cases, we will also start medications to manage medical comorbidities if these are discovered while in treatment to set clients up for long-term success on their recovery journey.”

At Live Free Recovery Services, we empower individuals on their journey to recovery with compassionate, evidence-based care. Our ASAM Level 3.1 program provides a structured, therapeutic residential environment for adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.

We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

✨ Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions in line with each client’s treatment plan.
• Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment goals.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups.
• Coordinate care with internal staff and external providers.
• Document all services and progress in accordance with agency policies and regulatory standards.

✅ Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Licensed or license-eligible in NH (e.g., LADC, MLADC, LICSW, LCMHC).
• Previous experience working in residential or substance use treatment preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Live Free Structured Sober Living is located in Manchester New Hampshire. The Mission of Live Free is to help men recover from chronic drug and alcohol addiction through the actions of the 12 steps as well as a individualized, dynamic, and unique life skills approach to motivate change in all areas of guests lives. To help them restore their self-confidence and sense of purpose, as well as reestablish healthy connections with family and the greater community. We look to be a bridge to individuals coming from treatment to moving towards independent living.
