Lotus Yoga

Lotus Yoga is a place where you are invited to come practice yoga in a space that is supportive and intimate.

All of the teachers are certified by the renowned Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, MA Lotus Yoga has a quiet, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for helping you to create a practice that meets your personal needs. Lotus Yoga also takes a special interest in serving prenatal women and their journey into motherhood and beyond by offering both prenatal and Baby and Mom classes. Scheduling and Fees:

Such a very thoughtful acknowledgment. I’ve taught Yoga at the Manchester Senior Center since 2004. Today, they celebrated the occasion with a beautiful bouquet and signed card by the participants.
I feel very grateful for the opportunity to teach there for so long. It has been a wonderful opportunity. I love the students, staff and Director. ❤️❤️

Lotus Yoga has been open 19 years today! I opened June 1, 2006. I feel so fortunate to do what I love and have so many great people as part of the community over the years.
Just a simple dream which turned into 19 years of joy 💗🙏🏼
