Our CEO was selected to participate in the Greater Hartford Gives Executive Management Institute along with other Non-Profit Leaders.

Mission-driven work can be difficult to sustain and scale during challenging times. Through our Nonprofit Support Program’s Executive Management Institute (EMI), nonprofit leaders sharpen strategy, strengthen management and governance, and learn from one another, alongside peers, and build a peer network, lifting the region together, with follow-up consultation tailored to each organization’s needs.

This week, we welcomed 13 Hartford-area executive directors and CEOs to the program. Over seven months, they’ll invest in leadership that strengthens nonprofits and improves life in Greater Hartford.

This March, Journey Found honors the generations of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities whose stories were too often unheard. Many lived in institutions or were excluded from full community life, yet they were always here, part of our communities and part of our shared history.
Journey Found is dedicated to providing the highest level of care to enable each individual to become what they are capable of being.
